The story of Bhil Ancestors
A nomad Lakhu reached Pavagadh with his cattels. Lakhu didn't pay respect to Pavagadh so it planned to avenge itself. Lakhu mistook a big tortoise as a piece of land, allowed his cattle to settle down on it and started cooking for himself. After feeling the heat, the tortoise started moving towards water, and more than half of lakhu’s animals drowned. Now Lakhu realising his mistake started pleading to Pavagadh to save his drowning cattle's, with the generosity of pavagadh, his remaining cattle's were saved. In his journey Lakhu reached near Goopji's mango orchard, where Nandlu purchased all of his animals. In arrogance nandlu started molesting Goopji's daughter, furious Goopji beheaded Nandlu, suddenly three blood streams gushed out of Nandlu's beheaded body, from red stream came the ancestors, from the white stream came out the spirits those who die early in their childhood and from black stream came out the evil spirits.
